## SEC. 215 SENIOR ENLISTED MEMBER CONTINUATION BOARDS ###
(a)In General Section 357 of title 14, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)by striking subsections
(a)through
(h)and subsection (j); and ####
(2)in subsection (i), by striking “(i)”. ###
(b)Conforming and Clerical Amendments ####
(1)Heading amendment The heading of such section is amended to read as follows: > > ## “SEC. 357 Retirement of enlisted members: increase in retired pay” > ####
(2)Clerical amendment **[**[14 U.S.C. 211](/us/usc/t14/s211)**]** The analysis at the beginning of chapter 11 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to such section and inserting the following:“357. Retirement of enlisted members: increase in retired pay.”.
