## SEC. 301 DEFINITION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS **[**[19 U.S.C. 4341](/us/usc/t19/s4341)**]** In this title, the term “intellectual property rights” refers to copyrights, trademarks, and other forms of intellectual property rights that are enforced by U.S. Customs and Border Protection or U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
