## SEC. 118 APPROPRIATE CONGRESSIONAL COMMITTEES DEFINED **[**[19 U.S.C. 4323](/us/usc/t19/s4323)**]** In this title, the term “appropriate congressional committees” means— ####

(1)the Committee on Finance and the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate; and ####
