## Sec. 156 ###
(a)Notwithstanding sections 102 and 104 of this Act, amounts made available pursuant to section 101 may be used for multiyear procurement contracts, including advance procurement, for the AH–64E Attack Helicopter and the UH–60M Black Hawk Helicopter. ###
(b)The Secretary of the Army may exercise the authority conferred in subsection
(a)notwithstanding subsection (i)(1) of section 2306b of title 10, United States Code, until the date of enactment of an Act authorizing appropriations for fiscal year 2017 for military activities of the Department of Defense, subject to satisfaction of all other requirements of such section 2306b.
