## SEC. 141 ###
(a)Section 529 of division H of Public Law 114-113 shall be applied by substituting “in the Child Enrollment Contingency Fund from the appropriation to the Fund for the first semi-annual allotment period for fiscal year 2017 under section 2104(n)(2)(A)(ii) of the Social Security Act” for “or available in the Child Enrollment Contingency Fund from appropriations to the Fund under section 2104(n)(2)(A)(i) of the Social Security Act”; and ###
(b)Section 530 of division H of Public Law 114-113 shall be applied by substituting “$541,900,000” for “$4,678,500,000” and by adding at the end the following: “and of the funds made available for the purposes of carrying out section 2105(a)(3) of the Social Security Act, $5,669,100,000 are hereby rescinded”.
