## SEC. 403 ENGAGEMENT OF UNITED STATES DIPLOMATIC MISSIONS **[**[16 U.S.C. 7643](/us/usc/t16/s7643)**]** As soon as practicable but not later than 2 years after the date of the enactment of this Act, each chief of mission to a focus country should begin to implement the recommendations contained in the strategic plan required under section 301(a)(2), among other goals, for the country.
