## SEC. 408 GAO REPORT ON SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION PROGRAMS IN PUERTO RICO Section 15 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 644) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: > > ### “(t) GAO Report on Small Business Administration Programs in Puerto Rico > > Not later than one year after the date of enactment of this subsection, the Comptroller General of the United States shall submit to the Committee on Small Business of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship of the Senate a report on the application and utilization of contracting activities of the Administration (including contracting activities relating to HUBZone small business concerns) in Puerto Rico.
The report shall also identify any provisions of Federal law that may create an obstacle to the efficient implementation of such contracting activities.” > .
