## SEC. 310 APPLICABLE RULES OF PROCEDURE **[**[48 U.S.C. 2170](/us/usc/t48/s2170)**]** The Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure shall apply to a case under this title and to all civil proceedings arising in or related to cases under this title.
