## SEC. 6 APPLICABILITY **[**[5 U.S.C. 552 note](/us/usc/t5/s552)**]** This Act, and the amendments made by this Act, shall take effect on the date of enactment of this Act and shall apply to any request for records under section 552 of title 5, United States Code, made after the date of enactment of this Act.
