## SEC. 20 NO RETROACTIVITY **[**[15 U.S.C. 2601 note](/us/usc/t15/s2601)**]** Nothing in sections 1 through 19, or the amendments made by sections 1 through 19, shall be interpreted to apply retroactively to any State, Federal, or maritime legal action filed before the date of enactment of this Act.
