## SEC. 15 HAZARDOUS MATERIALS IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Transportation shall issue an advanced notice of proposed rulemaking to take public comment on the petition for rulemaking dated October 28, 2015, titled “Corrections to Title 49 CFR 172.336 Identification numbers; special provisions” (P-1667).
