## SEC. 13 EFFECTIVE DATE **[**[12 U.S.C. 4901 note](/us/usc/t12/s4901)**]** This Act, other than section 14, shall become effective 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act.5 5The date of enactment was July 29, 1998.
