## SEC. 5 MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT The memorandum of agreement entered into between the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde Community of Oregon and the Department of the Interior, dated March 10, 1988, relating to the disposition of timber resources on the reservation and the use of funds for economic development purposes, shall apply for the period of 20 years beginning on the date of enactment of this Act. This agreement is hereby incorporated in this Act by reference.
