## SEC. 857 PROHIBITION ON REIMBURSEMENT OF CONTRACTORS FOR CONGRESSIONAL INVESTIGATIONS AND INQUIRIES Section 2324(e)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: > > ##### “(Q) > > Costs incurred by a contractor in connection with a congressional investigation or inquiry into an issue that is the subject matter of a proceeding resulting in a disposition as described in subsection (k)(2).” > . **[**Section 858 was repealed by section 813(b) of Public Law 115-91 strikes section 858, effective on October 1, 2018.**]**
