## SEC. 855 COMPLIANCE WITH REQUIREMENTS FOR SENIOR DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE OFFICIALS SEEKING EMPLOYMENT WITH DEFENSE CONTRACTORS Section 847(b)(1) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (Public Law 110-181; 122 Stat. 243; 10 U.S.C. 1701 note) is amended by inserting after “repository” the following: “maintained by the General Counsel of the Department”.
