## SEC. 730 REPORT ON IMPLEMENTATION OF RECOMMENDATIONS OF INSTITUTE OF MEDICINE ON IMPROVEMENTS TO CERTAIN RESILIENCE AND PREVENTION PROGRAMS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives a report setting forth an assessment of the feasibility and advisability of implementing the recommendations of the Institute of Medicine regarding improvements to programs of the Department of Defense intended to strengthen mental, emotional, and behavioral abilities associated with managing adversity, adapting to change, recovering, and learning in connection with service in the Armed Forces.
