## SEC. 323 ELIMINATION OF AUTHORITY OF SECRETARY OF THE ARMY TO ABOLISH ARSENALS ###
(a)In General Section 4532 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (a), by striking “(a) The Secretary” and inserting “The Secretary”; ####
(2)by striking subsection (b); and ####
(3)in the section heading, by striking “; abolition of”. ###
(b)Clerical Amendment The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 433 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 4532 and inserting the following new item:" “4532. Factories and arsenals: manufacture at.” ".
