## SEC. 2851 ACCEPTANCE OF IN-KIND GIFTS ON BEHALF OF HERITAGE CENTER FOR THE NATIONAL MUSEUM OF THE UNITED STATES ARMY Section 4772(c)(2)(A) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking “accept funds from the Army Historical Foundation” and insert “accept funds and in-kind gifts, including services, construction materials, and equipment used in construction, from the Army Historical Foundation and other persons”.
