## SEC. 2838 MODIFICATION OF CONDITIONS ON LAND CONVEYANCE, JOLIET ARMY AMMUNITION PLANT, ILLINOIS **[**[16 U.S.C. 1609 note](/us/usc/t16/s1609)**]** Section 2922(c)(2) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1996 (division B of Public Law 104-106; 110 Stat. 605), as added by section 2842 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2000 (division B of Public Law 106-65; 113 Stat. 863), is amended in the second sentence by striking “23 years of operation” and inserting “38 years of operation”.
