## SEC. 2835 LAND CONVEYANCE, FORMER LYNN HAVEN FUEL DEPOT, LYNN HAVEN, FLORIDA ###
(a)Conveyance Authorized ####
(1)In general The Secretary of the Air Force may convey to the City of Lynn Haven, Florida (in this section referred to as the “City”), all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to a parcel of real property, including improvements thereon, consisting of approximately 144 acres at the former Lynn Haven Fuel Depot in Bay County, Florida. ####
(2)Excluded property The real property to be conveyed under paragraph
(1)shall not include the portion of the former Lynn Haven Fuel Depot authorized to be conveyed by the Secretary to Florida State University by section 2843 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (division B of Public Law 110-181; 122 Stat. 553). ###
(b)Consideration ####
(1)Consideration required As consideration for the conveyance under subsection (a)(1), the City shall pay to the United States an amount equal to the fair market value of the real property to be conveyed, as determined by the Secretary of the Air Force. ####
(2)Treatment of consideration received Consideration received by the Secretary under paragraph
(1)shall be deposited in the special account in the Treasury established for the Secretary under subsection
(e)of section 2667 of title 10, United States Code, and shall be available to the Secretary for the same uses and subject to the same limitations as provided in that section. ###
(c)Description of Property The exact acreage and legal description of the real property to be conveyed under subsection (a)(1) shall be determined by a survey satisfactory to the Secretary of the Air Force. ###
(d)Additional Terms and Conditions The Secretary of the Air Force may require such additional terms and conditions in connection with the conveyance under subsection
(a)as the Secretary considers appropriate to protect the interests of the United States.
