## SEC. 1609 ASSESSMENT OF EVOLVED EXPENDABLE LAUNCH VEHICLE PROGRAM Not later than June 1, 2015, the Comptroller General of the United States shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on the evolved expendable launch vehicle program that includes an assessment of the advisability of the Secretary of Defense requiring, when selecting launch providers for the program using competitive procedures as described in section 2304 of title 10, United States Code, that new entrant launch providers or incumbent launch providers establish or maintain business systems that comply with the data requirements and cost accounting standards of the Department of Defense, including certified cost or price data.
