## SEC. 1607 ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR THE SPACE SECURITY AND DEFENSE PROGRAM; REPORT ON SPACE CONTROL Of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or any other Act and made available for the Space Security and Defense Program, a majority of such funds shall be allocated to the development of offensive space control and active defensive strategies and capabilities. This requirement shall terminate on December 19, 2019.
