## SEC. 1243 LIMITATIONS ON PROVIDING CERTAIN MISSILE DEFENSE INFORMATION TO THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION Section 1246(c) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2014 (Public Law 113-66; 127 Stat. 923) is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (1), by striking “2016” and inserting “2017”; ####
(2)in paragraph (2)— #####
(A)by inserting after “2014” the following: “or 2015”; and #####
(B)by adding at the end before the period the following: “or information relating to velocity at burnout of United States missile defense interceptors or targets”; and ####
(3)**[**[22 U.S.C. 5952 note](/us/usc/t22/s5952)**]** in paragraph (3), by inserting “and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate and the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives” after “congressional defense committees”.
