## SEC. 12 RULE OF CONSTRUCTION **[**[34 U.S.C. 21510](/us/usc/t34/s21510)**]** Nothing in this Act shall be construed to limit international information sharing or law enforcement cooperation relating to any person pursuant to any authority of the Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security, or any other department or agency.
