## SEC. 7012 DEFINITIONS **[**[20 U.S.C. 7713](/us/usc/t20/s7713)**]** Section 7013, as redesignated by section 7001 of this Act, is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (1), by striking “**and Marine Corps**” and inserting “**Marine Corps, and Coast Guard**”; ####
(2)in paragraph (4), by striking “**and title VI**”; ####
(3)in paragraph (5)(A)— #####
(A)in clause (ii), by striking subclause
(III)and inserting the following: > > ###### “(III) > > conveyed at any time under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act to a Native individual, Native group, or village or regional corporation (including single family occupancy properties that may have been subsequently sold or leased to a third party), except that property that is conveyed under such Act— > > > ###### “(aa) > > that is not taxed is, for the purposes of this paragraph, considered tax-exempt due to Federal law; and > > > ###### “(bb) > > is considered Federal property for the purpose of this paragraph if the property is located within a Regional Educational Attendance Area that has no taxing power;” > ; and #####
