## SEC. 7005 POLICIES AND PROCEDURES RELATING TO CHILDREN RESIDING ON INDIAN LANDS **[**[20 U.S.C. 7704](/us/usc/t20/s7704)**]** Section 7004(e)(9), as redesignated and amended by section 7001 of this Act, is further amended by striking “Affairs” both places the term appears and inserting “Education”.
