## SEC. 7002 PURPOSE **[**[20 U.S.C. 7701](/us/usc/t20/s7701)**]** Section 7001, as redesignated by section 7001 of this Act, is amended in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking “challenging State standards” and inserting “the same challenging State academic standards”.
