## SEC. 1005 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS **[**[21 U.S.C. 2014](/us/usc/t21/s2014)**]** There are authorized to be appropriated— ####
(1)for fiscal year 2007— #####
(A)$500,000 to establish the NMIC and Council; and #####
(B)such sums as are necessary for the operation of the NMIC and Council; and ####
