## SEC. 898 COMPETITION FOR RELIGIOUS SERVICES CONTRACTS **[**[10 U.S.C. 2304 note](/us/usc/t10/s2304)**]** The Department of Defense may not preclude a non-profit organization from competing for a contract for religious related services on a United States military installation.
