## SEC. 843 PROVISION OF JOINT DUTY ASSIGNMENT CREDIT FOR ACQUISITION DUTY Section 668(a)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)by striking “or” at the end of subparagraph (D); ####

(2)by striking the period at the end of subparagraph

(E)and inserting “; or”; and ####

(3)by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: > > ##### “(F) > > acquisition matters addressed by military personnel and covered under chapter 87 of this title.” > .
