## SEC. 832 REVISION TO DUTIES OF THE DEPUTY ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF DEFENSE FOR DEVELOPMENTAL TEST AND EVALUATION AND THE DEPUTY ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF DEFENSE FOR SYSTEMS ENGINEERING Section 139b of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)in subsection (a)(5)— #####

(A)in subparagraph (B), by striking “and approve or disapprove”; and #####

(B)in subparagraph (C), by inserting “in order to advise relevant technical authorities for such programs on the incorporation of best practices for developmental test from across the Department” after “in accordance with subsection (c))”; and ####

(2)in subsection (b)(5)— #####

(A)in subparagraph (B), by striking “and approve”; and #####

(B)in subparagraph (C), by inserting “in order to advise relevant technical authorities for such programs on the incorporation of best practices for systems engineering from across the Department” after “programs”. ## Subtitle D Provisions Relating to Acquisition Workforce
