## SEC. 816 AMENDMENT TO ACQUISITION THRESHOLD FOR SPECIAL EMERGENCY PROCUREMENT AUTHORITY Section 1903(b)(2) of title 41, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)in subparagraph (A), by striking “$250,000” and inserting “$750,000”; and ####

(2)in subparagraph (B), by striking “$1,000,000” and inserting “$1,500,000”.
