## SEC. 705 EXPANSION OF REIMBURSEMENT FOR SMOKING CESSATION SERVICES FOR CERTAIN TRICARE BENEFICIARIES Section 713(f) of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 (Public Law 110-417; 122 Stat. 4503; 10 U.S.C. 1074 note) is amended— ####

(1)in paragraph (1)(A), by striking “during fiscal year 2009”; ####

(2)in paragraph (1)(B), by striking “during such fiscal year”; and ####

(3)in paragraph (2), by striking “during fiscal year 2009” and inserting “after September 30, 2008”. ## Subtitle B Health Care Administration
