## SEC. 605 AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION UNDER THE FOOD AND NUTRITION ACT OF 2008 **[**[7 U.S.C. 2020 note](/us/usc/t7/s2020)**]** In administering the supplemental nutrition assistance program established under the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2011 et seq.), the Secretary of Agriculture shall ensure that any safeguards that prevent the use or disclosure of information obtained from applicant households shall not prevent the use of that information by, or the disclosure of that information to, the Secretary of Defense for purposes of determining the number of applicant households that contain one or more members of a regular component or reserve component of the Armed Forces. ## Subtitle B Bonuses and Special and Incentive Pays
