## SEC. 601 NO FISCAL YEAR 2016 INCREASE IN MILITARY BASIC PAY FOR GENERAL AND FLAG OFFICERS **[**[37 U.S.C. 203 note](/us/usc/t37/s203)**]** Section 203(a)(2) of title 37, United States Code, shall be applied for rates of basic pay payable for commissioned officers in pay grades O-7 through O-10 during calendar year 2016 by using the rate of pay for level II of the Executive Schedule in effect during 2014. The rates of basic pay payable for such officers shall not increase during calendar year 2016.
