## SEC. 3508 SHORT SEA TRANSPORTATION DEFINED Paragraph

(1)of section 55605 of title 46, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)in subparagraph (A), by striking “or”; ####

(2)in subparagraph (B), by striking “and”; and ####
