## SEC. 3503 UPDATE OF REFERENCES TO THE SECRETARY OF TRANSPORTATION REGARDING UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE AND VESSEL OPERATORS **[**[26 U.S.C. 3305](/us/usc/t26/s3305)**]** Sections 3305 and 3306(n) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 are each amended by striking “Secretary of Commerce” each place that it appears and inserting “Secretary of Transportation”.
