## SEC. 2801 REVISION OF CONGRESSIONAL NOTIFICATION THRESHOLDS FOR RESERVE FACILITY EXPENDITURES AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO REFLECT CONGRESSIONAL NOTIFICATION THRESHOLDS FOR MINOR CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR PROJECTS Section 18233a of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (a), by striking “in an amount in excess of $750,000” and inserting “in excess of the amount specified in section 2805(b)(1) of this title”; and ####
(2)in subsection (b)(3), by striking “section 2811(e) of this title) that costs less than $7,500,000” and inserting “subsection
(e)of section 2811 of this title) that costs less than the amount specified in subsection
(d)of such section”.
