## SEC. 2408 MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2015 PROJECT In the case of the authorization contained in section 2401(b) of the Carl Levin and Howard P. “Buck”McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 (division B of Public Law 113-291; 128 Stat. 3682), for Brussels, Belgium, for construction of an elementary/high school, the Secretary of Defense may acquire approximately 7.4 acres of land adjacent to the existing Sterrebeek Dependent School site and construct a multi-sport athletic field, track, perimeter road, parking, and fencing. # TITLE XXV NORTH ATLANTIC TREATY ORGANIZATION SECURITY INVESTMENT PROGRAM
