## SEC. 1206 ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF FUNDING LIMITATIONS FOR AUTHORITY TO BUILD THE CAPACITY OF FOREIGN SECURITY FORCES Section 1205(d) of the Carl Levin and Howard P. “Buck”McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 (Public Law 113-291; 128 Stat. 3536) is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (1)— #####
(A)by striking “for fiscal year 2015” and all that follows through “section 4301” and inserting “for fiscal year 2015 or 2016 for the Department of Defense for operation and maintenance”; and #####
(B)by inserting “, in such fiscal year” before the period; and ####
(2)in paragraph (2), by striking “for fiscal year 2015” and inserting “for a fiscal year specified in that paragraph”. **[**Section 1207 repealed by sections 1245(c) of division A of Public Law 114–328.**]**
