## SEC. 8 AGENT IN THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ###

(a)Designation of Agent and Service of Notice **[**[49 U.S.C. 1323](/us/usc/t49/s1323)**]** Section 1323, as redesignated by section 3(a), is amended— ####

(1)in subsection (a), by striking “in the District of Columbia,”; and ####

(2)in subsection (c), by striking “in the District of Columbia”. ###

(b)Service of Process in Court Proceedings **[**[49 U.S.C. 1324](/us/usc/t49/s1324)**]** Section 1324(a), as redesignated by section 3(a), is amended by striking “in the District of Columbia” each place such phrase appears.
