## SEC. 702 CRIME VICTIMS FUND There is hereby rescinded and permanently canceled $1,500,000,000 of the funds deposited or available in the Crime Victims Fund created by section 1402 of the Victims of Crime Act of 1984 (42 U.S.C. 10601).
