## SEC. 108 AMENDMENTS TO THE HIGH SEAS FISHING COMPLIANCE ACT OF 1965 Section 104(f) of the High Seas Fishing Compliance Act of 1995 (16 U.S.C. 5503(f)) is amended to read as follows: > > ### “(f) Validity > > A permit issued under this section for a vessel is void if— > > > #### “(1) > > any other permit or authorization required for the vessel to fish is expired, revoked, or suspended; or > > > #### “(2) > > the vessel is no longer documented under the laws of the United States or eligible for such documentation.” > .
