## SEC. 1202 APPORTIONMENT OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR FORMULA GRANTS Section 5336(h)(1) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking “and $4,180,328 for the period beginning on October 1, 2015, and ending on November 20, 2015,” and inserting “and $5,327,869 for the period beginning on October 1, 2015, and ending on December 4, 2015,”.
