## SEC. 516 REPEALING DUPLICATIVE MEDICARE SECONDARY PAYOR PROVISION ###

(a)In general Section 1862(b)(5) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395y(b)(5)) is amended by inserting at the end the following new subparagraph: > > ##### “(E) End date > > The provisions of this paragraph shall not apply to information required to be provided on or after July 1, 2016.” > . ###

(b)Effective date **[**[42 U.S.C. 1395y note](/us/usc/t42/s1395y)**]** The amendment made by subsection

(a)shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act and shall apply to information required to be provided on or after January 1, 2016.
