## SEC. 2 DEFINITIONS In this Act: ####

(1)Secretary The term “**Secretary**” means— #####

(A)the Secretary of Agriculture, with respect to land administered by the Forest Service; or #####

(B)the Secretary of the Interior, with respect to land administered by the Bureau of Land Management. ####

(2)Wilderness area The term “**wilderness area**” means any of the areas designated as a component of the National Wilderness Preservation System by section 101. # TITLE I WILDERNESS DESIGNATIONS
