(b)Applicability of Prior Requirements The requirements of subparagraphs

(C)and

(D)of section 1412(b)(3) of the Safe Drinking Water Act as in effect before the date of enactment of this Act, and any obligation to promulgate regulations pursuant to such subparagraphs not promulgated as of the date of enactment of this Act, are superseded by the amendments made by subsection (a). * * * * * * *
