## SEC. 12409 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS **[**[33 U.S.C. 3708](/us/usc/t33/s3708)**]** ###

(a)NOAA There are authorized to be appropriated to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to carry out the purposes of this subtitle— ####

(1)$20,500,000 for fiscal year 2023; ####

(2)$22,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; ####

(3)$24,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; ####

(4)$26,000,000 for fiscal year 2026; and ####

(5)$28,000,000 for fiscal year 2027. ###

(b)NSF There are authorized to be appropriated to the National Science Foundation to carry out the purposes of this subtitle, $20,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2023 through 2027. * * * * * * *
