## SEC. 103 PROGRAM TRIGGER Subparagraph
(B)of section 103(e)(1) (15 U.S.C. 6701 note) is amended in the matter preceding clause (i)— ####
(1)by striking “a certified act” and inserting “certified acts”; ####
(2)by striking “such certified act” and inserting “such certified acts”; and ####
(3)by striking “ exceed ” and all that follows through clause
