## SEC. 2210 CONFORMING AMENDMENTS ###
(a)Amendments Section 454 (20 U.S.C. 1087d) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (a)— #####
(A)by striking paragraph (4); and #####
(B)by redesignating paragraphs
(5)through
(7)as paragraphs
(4)through (6), respectively; and ####
(2)in subsection (b)(2), by striking “(5), (6), and (7)” and inserting “(5), and (6)”. ###
(b)Effective Date **[**[20 U.S.C. 1087d note](/us/usc/t20/s1087d)**]** The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall take effect on July 1, 2010.
